What is Reeviews?

Does Reeviews post replies automatically?
No. Every draft waits in an approval queue. Someone on your team approves it, edits it first, or rejects it. A reply is only posted after it is approved.
Which review platforms does Reeviews support?
Google, through your Google Business Profile, for both reading reviews and posting replies. Facebook and Yelp are planned.
Do replies mention Reeviews?
No. Replies are written as your business, in its voice, and sign off with your business name. The review request page shows your business name first, with a small "Powered by Reeviews" line.
Can an agency use Reeviews for several clients?
Yes. Reeviews is built around clients and locations. An agency can manage many clients, each with its own locations, review links and approval queue.
Is Reeviews suitable for funeral homes, clinics and other regulated businesses?
Yes. Drafts for regulated businesses never confirm that a reviewer was a customer or patient beyond what the reviewer wrote themselves, and negative reviews are moved offline to a real contact person.
